Fees and payment

The quote states fees, applicable taxes, advance and payment milestones. This website has no online checkout or automatic subscription.

Third-party costs

Domains, hosting, tools, ad spend, photography, paid media and publisher costs are included only when your quote says so. Advertising spend is separate from management fees.

Changes and cancellation

Email us about scope changes, pauses, cancellations or refund requests. We confirm the next steps against the accepted quote and work already completed.

Content and files

You must have permission to use the copy, logos and images you supply. Source files, licences and handover rights are specified in the project quote.

Outcomes

We do not guarantee rankings, enquiries, sales, followers or AI recommendations. We report on agreed work and its status.
